·  Chocolate has skin softening properties, probably as it contains cocoa butter.

My personal experience on chocolate is, it helps for menstrual cycle pain. I’m not sure what make chocolate to be a “pain-killer” for our period pain, but it really does. Taking chocolate always makes me feel pleasure in mood, especially when you are in the dilemmas of moody mood.

Chocolaty Honey Scrub

Chocolaty Honey Scrub softens the dry skin instantly. Please mark this scrub is only suitable for people with dry skin. If you have oily skin, it is not meant for your skin at all.

Take 10 grams of pure cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of honey
5 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons of Almond oil.

Mix all these ingredients thoroughly until you get a smooth paste. Apply this mix to your face and neck and lightly massage with your finger tips for 1 to 2 minutes. In the end rinse with warm water, the result is soft, smooth and supple skin just in one application.
