  3. I used to skip breakfast when I was younger. But now that I have my own family, I make it a point that breakfast is prepared everyday because I want my kids to develop this habit early.

  6. I super agree. I used to skip breakfast and I feel so weak and tired the entire day. I tried eating small portions like cereals and fruit tapos I skip dinner nalang. Haha! Lost 10 pounds already.
