Help your children to develop healthy eating habits at an early age by encouraging them to eat breakfast. If they see you eating breakfast, they are more likely to eat breakfast too.

ReplyDeleteI think breakfast is the most important meal as it gives you energy for the day and at the same time it breaks your fasting from dinner time.
ReplyDeleteI used to skip breakfast when I was younger. But now that I have my own family, I make it a point that breakfast is prepared everyday because I want my kids to develop this habit early.

ReplyDeleteI super agree. I used to skip breakfast and I feel so weak and tired the entire day. I tried eating small portions like cereals and fruit tapos I skip dinner nalang. Haha! Lost 10 pounds already.
