Ingredients:
1 carrot, peeled, sliced
1 beet, peeled, sliced
1/2 cup red grapes
1 clementine, peeled
1 slice of ginger, peeled, about the size of a quarter

Directions:
Steam carrot and beet until just tender, about 10-15 minutes, depending on how thick your slices are. Let cool.
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
